The $8 million DARPA follow-up for minimally invasive optical and magnetic brain links is a compelling step toward direct brain-to-brain communication. It makes me wonder if an ai karaoke maker could eventually sync lyrics straight from neural signals, though that is probably decades away. The precision required for these interfaces is remarkable to think about.

The $8 million follow-up from DARPA for wireless brain interfaces is impressive, especially the focus on minimally invasive optical and magnetic links. I used an srt to vtt converter to prepare subtitles for a video explaining this technology to my students, and it saved a lot of time. The precision of the neural interface described here makes such educational materials even more valuable.
